MICRO SPRAYING TAPE MAKING MACHINE

WORKING THEORY

The micro spraying tape making machine consists of an electric control system, transmission mechanism, extrusion unit, traction & punching unit and winding unit. During operation, the automatic feeder conveys the plastic raw materials into the drying hopper. After drying in the hopper, the materials are fully melted and plasticized inside the barrel of extruder screw. The plastic extruded plastic pipe passes through the durable net and spiral extrusion die, then undergoes cooling and sizing by the vacuum calibrator. It is subsequently guided by traction rollers and transition rollers, punched by the punching unit, and finally goes to the double-station winder. The finished spraying hose is packed well and stock in the ware house.
